VLRE is a company wich prides itself on its professional approach and recognises the value of creating long-term relationships with clients.We therefore naturally expect the developers to show the same high levels of professionalism in all sapects of their relationship with us.
Proven Experience:
To ensure a top qualitu service and reliability for our clients, we require that all developers have a proven experience in property development.
Communication:
We ask the developers to remain in ocnstant contact throughout all stages of a development, and to keep us up to date with any changes wich might occur.
Due diligence:
As part of our due diligence requirements, we require developers to provide us with the following:
- Building/Development License
- Title of land ownership.
- Corporate Identity (evidence that you are/represent the developer that you state)
- Proof of land purchase.
- Condominium regime (rules and regulations)
In adition to the above, for any development in advance, we require the following:
- Name of the company who hold the title deeds of the land to be built on.
- Name of the company who has obtained planning permission and when was this obtained
- Names of architects, contractors, construction company.
- Supporting legal documentation for sale in place.
- Construction Schedule.
- Developers background.
- Title insurance documents.
- Company bank details for transfer the reservations fees.
